Good day,

I'm relatively new to Outlook and I tried to setup a little rule to forward some emails to my cell phone. My cell phone company allows me to send any email to "mynumber@txt.mycompany.com" and it sends it to my cell phone by SMS. So I tried to set up a rule where when there is the word DROU272 in the subject, it forward the email to that email ("mynumber@txt.mycompany.com").

The thing is that it includes my signature and the header saying "Original message from, to, etc." So I was wondering if it was possible to just forward the body of the original email without the signature and the header?

Thanks

I don't see an option for that, so maybe it is part of a template? In the Office folder on your workstation, do a search for some of the words you get in the email (inside the files) to find out.
