jcarle Posted July 29, 2007 Share Posted July 29, 2007 Unfortunately, that behaviour is imbedded into IE7. You cannot turn it off. It is up to web developers to create their content in such a way that activation is not required. Some do, some don't. When you go to a website that requires you to activate the control, they haven't updated their code to work with IE7. When you go to websites that don't, they're up to date.
