Vista - Update KB929399 Fails

Microsoft Update keeps trying to push KB929399 for Vista. It continuosly fails to complete and Update keeps nagging that it is there and needs to be run. I have gone through all the Help screens and tried all the suggested fixes numerous times, to no avail. I have manually gone to Microsoft and downloaded the fix manually, it successfully loads, but then Updater keeps nagging and attempts to reload. We are testing Vista for our Enterprise, but this is an annoying snag. Anyone have any ideas?

and since your 'testing' with Enterprise...I suggest you deal with Microsoft Support
