prevent date and time changes

is there anyway to prevent users from changing the date and time?

yea....just take them out of the administrator group or if theyre a power user remove the group from group policy:

Open up Group policy Computer configuration > Windows settings > Security settings> local policies > user rights assignment > Change the system time

Delete power user
