Converting RIS to WIM using WDS

I currently have WDS running in mixed mode. I have noticed that if i right-click on one of my RIS images, i have the option to convert to WIM.

upon trying to run this i get the following error:

Wdsmgmt could not load a required library. If this a version of window prior to Vista, please install OPK/WAIK toolkit and ensure that drvstore.dll and cmiv2.dll are in path

I'm using a Windows 2003 Server with SP2, I have WAIK installed, anyone have any clues?

I'm assuming that no-one has noticed this part of WDS or everything works fine for everyone else
