Need to learn VB.net in a week

I don't know any thing about programming. I need to learn VB.Net in a week.. Please help me to find good resources to learn vb.net..

Do you currently know any programming languages or have any experience? If so, then VB .Net will not be too difficult for you, as many of the things other languages require are not necessary.

And if you dont know anything about programming i think 1 week is not going to be enough to understand everything. It would also depend on what your trying to program i.e. an application or website.
