Help required - Buttons not responding in Browser on Vista

I was wondering if anyone could give me some help. I have recently had a new PC with Windows Vista Home Basic installed. I have created my account as the administrator account and my wife as a 2nd user. Browser works perfectly under my sign on but when my wife uses her's, certain browser buttons will not respond. An example would be the 'Go' button beside a search box on a wedpage. (I looked at the properties of the button and it was an ASP# File - don't know if that may be of any significance.)

I have deleted and re-added her several times, downloaded the latest Java updates and checked that her advanced security settings are the same as mine within Interner Explorer. All to no avail.

Please could someone help me (in fairly un-techy language please).
