is it possible to replace the windows animated tour with my own created flash file?

if yes please help me?

i want to use it to inform the user about the s/w that is integrated in the unattended install

or

if there is some other way in which i can run a webpage like thing on the first boot after installation

You can write a small batch file to start the app/webpage, and add the path to this batchfile to the GuiRunOnce section in your SIF file. Flash must be preinstalled in order to play it though, ofcourse.
