software to make flash-based tutorial?

can anyone recommend me software for making tutorial (flash-based tutorial) ?

I have download Wink for a trial. It's a powerful tool, but I found that the size of exported tutorial was a bit large.

Are there any other software which generate flash-based tutorial of small size.

If your making a tutorial of a desktop, try turning off the wallpaper, or any pictures that may be in the video.

And use Windows classic theme. Those title bars and such with all the fancy effects use more space.

I use wink and I like it. Plus, it's free!
