I cant define user during installation

Hello, I try to install a new Unattended XP (with nLite Ver. 1.3) but finishing the installation has not shows me page to add users, automatically skip to desktop like Administrator User.

Now, I go to Account User and create new user. What parameter in nLite defines skip or not this screen? ("who will use this computer?")

go to nLite>Unattended and in autologon setting set (user name="None" , logon count="0")

by this setting will show you the page to add users

This option I set that you say always.

I change one option and the results are indentical in older version. NO activate Skip OOBE. In this mode, finishing the installation, asking me to register with microsoft, configure network....
