nLite can do a custom program files folder but that i feel that doesn't fulfill what i want. to organize my programs. not the windows installed programs. how do i do it?

I know this isn't really much but i know there is a program thatcan do this for you - its somewhere here at msfn or at bold fortunes forums and its in a different language but there are instructions.
