Can not patch Vista

I have problems when i compose a new mail or reply an existing mail, it shows a red cross on left top of mail's body.

I did some reaserch of that and it says that: u need to patch the KB911829, which resolve the problem of OWA.

but when i doing the patching, the patch shows: Not enough server storage is available to process this command then it interrupted.

I do appreciate somebody can help me to solve this problem. how can i get the Vista goes well with the OWA.
