double DEP settings

I have nLite set DEP to optout and the setting applies but I noticed the following in the boot.ini

multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect /noexecute=optout

Wouldnt the two conflict?
