  1. Group Policy on Windows 2003 Server

    I want to use group policy on Windows 2003 Server. In Active directory I created a new OU and under that I created a group policy. Here I am unable to allow user(s) to change their system’s date/time. Allocate quota for a share folder. Can someone please guide me how can I allow a user to change his computer’s date/time. Is there any step by step guide/white paper available for beginning users for Group policy? Thanks
