When I click on the internet explorer icon, it will act as if it is launching however it does not fully launch. The program will be running according to the Task Manager, but not on the desktop. If I click the icon again normally it will launch then, however the first one is still running. Ignored it yesterday and last night checked and had 16 iexplorer pages running in my Task Manager but none on the desk top. How can I correct this ?
