Thanks for the link to that guide, I don't know how I missed it, but I sure did and it was exactly what I was hoping for! I would for my home systems since I have a limited number of hardware items to worry about. However the main use I get out of it is at work, where every week or two we get in a few new machines to whatever random specifications the end-user (or Dell, who LOVES to change drivers every couple weeks in the "same" systems..) wanted or did not want when it was ordered... I potentially will install win2000 on a celeron 333 and a brand-new Pentium 3.5Ghz in the same morning, god forbid I actually see what kind of video or sound card is in that crummy old machine with a "Turbo" button... Sure we're migrating to XP but those legacy machines that haven't died and noone wants to spend the cash to replace...
