    I searched for such soft and found SoundTaxi - I was impressed theat it's possible to convert nearly 300 songs for less than 1 hour!!! http://www.soundtaxi.info This soft has a couple of advantages - works perfectly with iTunes, Napster, MSN-music, Yahoo-music etc..., supports all popular music formats & is so easy to use))
