  1. Hi all back again with another query. I have created my form and locked the document, however the font we use is not a common one therfore when the document is opened on a computer that doesn't have this font (Legacy) installed it looks awful and knock my formatting out. I have tried to embed the font into the document, it shows the correct font, but it locks the whole document up, even the interactive form fields. Is there any way around this to embed the legacy font, but leave the interactive parts of the document available for filling in. Anyone any ideas. Cheers Grooby Tuesday
  2. I am not sure if you are all a bit confused about what I am asking. Does anyone know about more specific formatting of the form fields shadiing, as I can't seen to find anything in the properties etc. Please help. Cheers Grooby Tuesday
  3. Hi All I am working on a document, which has interactive areas, which I have created using form Fields. the document will eventually be locked and published on the web for people do download and either print off or fill in electonically. How do I change the shading of the form field, so that when the document is printed, it is not so prominent. I know you can switch the shading off, but I still want it visible to hightlight the fillable fields for those filling the form in electonically. It is probably something really obvious, but I can't find it in any of the menus or on word help. Can anyone help me. Cheers Grooby T
