    Why cant I change the font size, color or case or underline text when replying to emails in Outlook 2003? All these options are greyed out.

    When I open a dialog box in outlook, this alwauys opens up maximised. How can I prevent this? eg: when I right click to reply to an email, the box that opens up is always maximised. Did repair outlook but still the same.
