    Hi Let me notify you I didn’t try it with winnt.sif but I think it wil help you You can try this… In winnt.sif [RegionalSettings] LanguageGroup=13,4 InputLocale=0408:00000408 If you just do this it makes your Keyboard Greek, then you can add Geek 319 by this Registry Key [HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Substitutes] "00000408"="00020408" "d0000408"="00040408" I think 00020408 is Greek 319 I think 00040408 is Greek 319 (Latin) This should give some thing like this in control panle EL Greek  Keyboard . Greek (319) . Greek (319) Latin I hope this work with you good lock Or try this InputLocale=0408:00020408, 0408:00040408
