I use a cover sheet made in word. Every time i use it I have to change various things i.e. # of pages who it's adressed to etc. Is there a way to highlight the things that need to change so as I don't foget them? I've tried the hightlight tool but that what i highlight remains when i convert to a .pdf. Basically i'm looking for a way to mark things that I need to change but that marking doesn't show up when i print or convert to .pdf. Thanks.
