I have a simple database with information on it. I want access to basically fill out the information for me since the information is repetitive. Is this possible?

I have a form I created using tables. There is alot of repetitive information on the form. Is there a way to key it in one place and it fills in the form in the appropiate place? Or does this need to be done in excel? Any help would be great!
