  1. Sharing appointment with other user

    Hi, I wondered what should I do in order to give another person the rights to change my appointments on outlook 2003 from his computer (another computer on the LAN) using his username. For example, a secretary can update her boss's schedule from her computer. What are the configurations needed on the boss's computer and on the secretary's computer ? I'd also appreciate recommendations for good books /websites regarding outlook and office. Thanks, Guy
