Mornin'. Printer has been working fine, but, then decides not to work. After much effort, was lead to beleive that the best option was to reinstall software. This attempted, dialogue box appears and says the instilation failed because a function driver was not specified for this device instance. Contacted the printer manufacturer who says its a os problem. Microsft support on the web not helpful. Any ideas? Thanks Wippy
