the problem arised after some installing/uninstalling of softwares. (avedesk, rainmeter...)

now the chinese characters appear as squares in my folder headers. but i still can view webpages in chinese.

look at the underlined part. by right i should be able to check/uncheck but now it appears i cant. what is the problem may i ask? thanks in advance
