  1. Problems with WhenU.Save

    Hi, I'm new to the forum and the Internet and was looking for a bit of help. I can't remove WhenU.Save. It doesn't show up on Ad-Aware or Norton, but it's there on Windows Defender. When I try and delete I get a message saying 'Defender encountered problems, remove failed'. I can't find the program anywhere on the computer. I very well may be being thick here so all help is appreciated. I'm pulling my hair out. Cheers.
