Is it possible to produce a Bootable DVD to install XP from? If so is the Boot.bin the same as the one for a CD? Would appreciate any assistance. Thanks

Thanks to all who responded. Your suggestions have spawned a few more questions. Is there a preferred way to handle installs that require a serial number or a tutorial covering this aspect also, if I use batch method I noticed that there are 3-4 places to put the BAT file. Is one better than the other? I hope these questions don't sound too trifling but it's all pretty confusing at this point in my learning curve. Thanks again.

I'm new to this and don't understand how to use a serial number for those programs that need it. I've noticed that there are ".reg" files used for some programs. Is there a tutorial that explains how to obtain the ".reg"(if they represent a serial number) files or enter the serial numbers for these programs? Would appreciate any assistance. Thanks
