2 weeks ago i have the same problem then i removed the outlook express now thw updates are perfectly ok, and some other application which are creating some error these are also corrected so remove the outlook and if u need a email client use Mozzila Thunderbird

Just open the command prompt and type 'help' or 'help.exe' u will recieve a huge list of all command prompt usefuls word and with it discriptions.
