I can't boot to Windows XP cd. And now I can't seem to get back to safe mode either. I did just remember that the last time my computer was working properly, it did a system update before shutting down. Only problem was that it didn't shut off properly, it froze after the update was complete. Not sure if that helps or explains anything.

I'm having a problem and could use some help. After my computer goes thru the startup process, it freezes at the blue windows xp screen and won't continue to the login screen. I can't get to my user account login or get access to anything. This also happens when I do this in safe mode. Can someone please help. Appreciate it.
