Hi I'm switching over from Outlook Express to Outlook and have imported my contact email addresses etc. But they are now all in one folder. (Personal address book) How can I: a) Create new folders within the address book and B) Move individual (and newsgroups) email addressess into these difrferent folders? It's driving me mad but I'm sure it's a simlpe process! Is there a drag and drop? I can do it with new incoming mail addresses but not the existing ones. Any advice greatfully received.
