No MMC.exe is there and it works Fine i have try to add the snap But when i save it Gives this error: MMC can not save the Console now what????

Hi Frnds... my Frnd facing One Problem in his PC.... when he opens the MY computer and Double click on any hard drive (C:, D:) than computer automatically opens the Open with Window... if he wants to access any Drive he have open the Run Window and then he access his data.. plz tell me How to remove this Problem???? i have use sfc also. when he type sfc /scannow than the sfc stops automatically in the Middle...

hi frnds... few days before i have scanned my PC (Service Pack 2)with JV power tools and when i restart my pc. it cant start.. so that i have install missing file From Bootable disk (SP1) and my system starts but now it becomes service pack 1 when i try to upgrade my sys to SP2 it give me this error... Lately my computers restarts while i play a game, close my programs and after the windows starts it said the windows has recover from e serious error and it shows me this error "BCCode : 1000008e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : 8056775C BCP3 : A88FBF48 BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1" I've install win servrel times and for a few days after is good. Any ideeas anyone? Or should i take it to services? It is still under waranty. is there any Virus infection or somthing else??

ya Buddy the Machine Boots very easyly in Safe Mode

i follow the steps as you said but... it is writing New Bootsector in C drive and XP is Insataled in a D drive. i have try to change the Drive letter but it stills writing new Bootsector in C drive....
