Windows XP Mouse Acceleration Fix (.exe File)

sorry to bump an old thread but ineed to know how to undo this. I want my acceleration back..I have Windows XP 64 bit. I tried deleting the changes it made in the registry, but whenever I try to enable pointer precision, my mouse freezes and I have to disable it to get my mouse back. any help would be appreciated..
