Thanks for the comeback. I found the clipboard selection in the tools/options in both outlook and excel and even though I left the selection box unchecked the clipboard keeps coming up as I am copying and pasting. You would think as long as I hadn't checked the selection box that it wouldn't show up?? It always pops up when I am copying and pasting Doug

Hello......... MY PROBLEM IS THIS: I am copying and pasting information from incoming email to CSV Excel data base. Full Name/First Name/email address/date received/etc. The problem is the clipboard keeps popping up and can't seem to find any way to disable it. It is easier (for me) to just copy and paste. It is a nuisance......... I would appreciate any suggestions! dougiedoo
