    Maybe I should clarify my question. I do have a legal copy of windows 98se however I am curious to know if there is a "free" download of the windows 98 upgrade or if I need to purchase this? Thank you!

    Hi Everyone, I am new to this forum so I hope I am getting this right. I am trying to load Windows 98SE. I presently have windows 98. I am being asked to download windows 98 upgrade before I will be allowed to download windows SE. Does anyone know where I can download the windows 98 upgrade? Many thanks, Vince
