  1. Hello, I have 50 notebooks with equal configuration. I am looking for simplest way to preinstall Windows XP Professional to these notebooks(make one install and clone after). I have OEM licenses in 3-packs available. I do not have good network facilities handy, so I have decided to use external USB drive. I have installed OPKTools to external HDD and prepared the cofiguration set with the wizard. I have modified winbom.ini file, so it points the OPKTools folder in extarnal HDD. I have copyed winbom.ini file to the root directory of external HDD (like it is mentioned here: http://www.ltcom.com/page/FAQ/WinXP%20OEM%...llation%20FAQ/). Now I have booted client notebook with Preinstallation CD. External HDD is also connected. Preinstallation script finds winbom.ini file from external HDD and preinstallation process begins. Now the problem. When process tries to format client computers hard drive, it formats my external HDD instead of that. Do you know how I should change the winbom.ini file to get preinstallation format correct drive and continiue the preinstallation? I have done the preinstallation process the same way about 1 year ago sucessfully. Then it formated correct HDD. I remember it also formated wrong HDD when client computers HDD had no partitions. Now I have tried both ways: client computers HDD have and do not have partitions definied. Thanks in advance, Tom
