I'm recieving an error when installing windows XP Professional SP2 with the driverpacks included in my setup. The error occurs on the first reboot of a HP DX5150 on a Samsung 80GB SATA Drive (Model: HD080HJ) all other models that i have tried it on have worked. ***STOP 0x0000007b

[Question] Is there a way to manually name a RIS deployed machine during setup? I want the setup to stop and let the administrator name the machine and then it continue on. I have tried to edit the SIF files and i keep getting a "computername" in the [Data] section of the SIF is missing or corrupt. Please assist and thank you in advance!

I have created a fully universal and unattended installation dvd and i have fell in love with it. But now since it has been so successful looking to move it to the RIS server. I'm looking for help in doing this and im willing to share my profit. When booting My VM with the CD drive mapped to my iso image i recieve the error mesage "Line 180 of the INF File \i386\winnt.sif is invalid Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit." after "Setup is inspecting your hardware configuration..." I have used this winnt.sif file many times. I have even created a new VM to see if the error goes away. I still recieve it. Ieven tried to edit the file and i still get the message at line 178.
