I purchased a used computer, and it has someone elses name. When I print items at work I would check the print status, and it shows a name that is not mine is next in line, or if I download something, it would put it in "Missys Folder." Well, I am NOT Missy! Hello Everyone... My question is this, When I have a one page document to print, I hit the print icon, then my document would flash once, and I get a two page document printed, with my text out of place. Any suggestions? Thanks, Gabe gabe@teamavalos.com

Hello everyone, I noticed recently that my computer has two active LAN connections in the lower right hand corner of the desktop tray. I've noticed this recently, also, Sometimes my computer requests my login info for my dial up connection. I use my laptop at work and at home. I'm on a network at the office, but do use dial up at home (rarely though). How can I fix the problem when trying to surf the net, and having the computer displays that "This page is unavailable offline...." when I am on a network connection? Thanks for any help. Everytime I want to send an email I get prompted to enter my password. Can this be corrected? It used to not do this. The automatic checking for messaged, and receiving messages works just fine... Thanks for the help! Gabe gabe@teamavalos.com
