    I had to do a system recovery, and now, can't re-install the MS Office program. I get a message that the product code isn't correct, but it's the same one I used to install it originally. I was wondering if this was a hardware problem - or something I needed to tweak somewhere to get the program to re-install? Thanks for your attention - Max
