I had same problem yesterday, but i had set the "maximum unfinished simultaneous connections (TCP/IP patch)" to 16777215 so i set it back to 1000. I also had the USB Port Polling Frequency (Hz) to 1000 so i set that back to default. then re imaged and tried again and all was fine... don't know if this will help you but it def did me ok...
