  1. Can't Install Drive Image 7...plz help

    Thanks for the response. Had noticed a comment on a Symantec website about reinstalling .Net framework 1.1, then found that Microsoft had released version 2.0. Downloaded/installed this but it doesn’t change the situation – still can’t uninstall Drive Image

    Hi, I have very similar problem. For some time have been running Powerquest Drive Image 7 (on WinXP) successfully – but this week it won't open and gives error "Unable to load configuration information …”. Tried to uninstall it, but get message “Internal Error 2753. PQV2iSVC.exe" Did you manage to resolve your problem ? thanks
