    Hi How can I create a glossary of my document. I want to be able to highlight a word, and somehow save that word, and it's place in the document (page, line if possible). I don't mind if I append it to a flat file that I later import into the document. I think a VBA solution could do this. Thanks Robert

    Hi Am I right in remembering that in MS applications, there are 'Fortune cookies'. I seem to remember that if you perform some sequence of actions, you get something performed by the creaters of the software. Thanks Robert
