If you are unable to browse using Internet explorer but can browse using MY_Computer or in Safemode with networking, this means that there could be some spyware or related issues Steps to resolve 1. open internet options (tools->internet options) 2. click on temp.internet files settings->view objects and delete all downloaded programs 3. Go to the program tab and click on Manage-Add-on 4. disable all Browser Extensions, Browser Help Objects and toolbars. You can also disable Active X components of unknown Publishers. 5. Click on the Advance Tab and scroll down and uncheck Enable third party browser extension 6. Click apply and OK and then close the Internet explorer. Restart the system and try browsing. This definately works.
