I am starting to be annoyed that I don't have image previews of .jpg and other image formats that are on my desktop. You know - showing me the image but at icon size? Is there a way to turn this on in Windows XP? Anyone have any ideas? Cross my fingers...

I figure this is the best place to ask this question so here it goes. Is it possible to force windows xp to allow mulit-column sorting in a folder from details view? If xp doesn't do this naturally then is there an extension, tweak or software solution? I hope that was clean but if not here's an example... I have a folder full of different graphic file (tiff, psd, gif, jpg, ai, etc.) all with different dates, sizes, times etc. Can I sort then first alphabetically then by file type?

I am having the same issue needing to see behind the boot screen. I've uninstalled the 'boot screen' as suggested and still no luck. Could you please provide a detailed process of how to restore the default boot screen either by using XPize or manually. This would be very helpful.
