When a a manual "typical" install or an unattened install using /qb, InCD never gets installed. I can install it manually by selecting custom install and then selecing InCD but is there any way I can edit the MSI to get InCD installed automatically. Also, is there any way to set the default values for the file assocation dialog box that appers near the end of the install?

I'm customising the MSI file using installshield adminstudio for an unattended install, everying fine so far, but does anyone know how I can get InCD installed?
