    Just installed the SP2 and got the same error too ("a fatal exception 0E acurrred at 0167:BFF9E0B7"). I set the shell in system.ini to taskman instead of explorer and it started up. But while trying to run a new program from the file->run prompt of taskman i got the error again. I set the shell to command.com directly and the error apeered imidietly at startup. I suspect that a dll respnsible on "msgbox" or "prompt" has changed by the SP2. Any ideas?
