  1. Hey there Great forum. I have found the solution to most of my problems here. But here's one I havent found yet. I have a Abit A8n Fatal1ty Motherboard. With that comes a utility called uGuru, which is a Installshield installer. I have tried the InstallShield switch mentioned on unattended.msfn.org and the /K that I found in a post about the ATI Control Panel installer. But neither of them worked. Is there any way I can find the right switch, or has the developer (Abit) made a f***up here ? /Trespasser
  2. Ahh.. Crap Saw it too late. This Thread should have been in the driverspack part of the forum. Could an admin move it ?
  3. Hey there I have just resently found the driverpacks, and they rock. I have used them in a lot of places, not just my own I have used the BTS driverpack and used method 1. I have used a fresh non-modded Windows XP SP2 Danish (fresh from MS). But after install these 4 HWIDS are not installed on my HP NC6000 Laptop: PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_4E50&SUBSYS_0890103C&REV_00\4&1BFA44D4&0&0008: ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9600 Series PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_165E&SUBSYS_0890103C&REV_03\4&16793A72&0&70F0: Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0013&SUBSYS_00E50E11&REV_01\4&16793A72&0&20F0: HP WLAN 802.11a/b/g W500 If I let WinXP Update the driver and search the dvd (with xp and the drivers), the drivers are found fine. No problem there. This HWID isn't found using the driverpack: PCI\VEN_1217&DEV_7110&SUBSYS_0890103C&REV_00\4&16793A72&0&32F0: Basissystemenhed Basissystemenhed is the danish word for Basicsystemunit or something like that. When i update the driver and point it to the correct driver it tells me this: O2Micro OZ711Mx MemoryCardbus Accelerator. Wouldn't be wondering if it's some OEM thing that HP has used. This HWID isn't found at all: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_24C6&SUBSYS_0890103C&REV_03\3&61AAA01&0&FE : PCI-modem If I install the driver, from HP, for it works perfectly. After install the Control Panel isn't installed also, but thats okay when the GFX isn't installed also. What might help to make this work ? Might it be because I have a laptop and they're a little more tricky ?
