    If you are using IIS, you need to go into the webserver settings and add index.php as the default file, if you dont know how to do that, do not open up your server to the web, you'll be hacked quickly.

    You should be able to get them from Microsoft Updates unless your software is bogus.

    Looks good, but one suggestion I will make to you is you had better add TM and ® to anything related to Microsoft® and Windows VistaTM. Proper use of Microsoft trademarks is important. http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/ip/trademarks/gnlguide.asp
