  1. I recently made the switch to x64 on my happy new workstation, and now it's time to pay bills. But now my internet (no matter what I use) will not connect to www.netflix.com AT ALL and will not let me log in to my account on www.comcast.com and I know that these sites work on other people's computers, so they are not down. I am going crazy trying to figure this out. Firefox says it's a time out error, but I don't know how to change that setting. here is my hardware 2x Opteron 250 troy core 2gb Corsair XMS Ecc/Reg 2-3-2-6 DDR400 Tyan Thunder K8WE BFG Nvidia 7800GTX OC various u160 scsi drives and a WD800 hard drive Lite-On DVD burner Thanks, Chris
  2. GRRRRRRRR! Well that is going to be a pain in the butt. Can I at least transfer over all of my administrative settings, preferences, favorites and all that jazz?
  3. I am building a new workstation with dual opteron 250 troy's, tyan thunder k8we, bfg 7800gtx OC, and 2 gb of ram. Anyway, I have my current 32 bit pc set up EXACTLY how I like it, with tons and tons of programs and settings that are going to be a nightmare to reinstall and duplicate onto a new pc. Is there any way to transfer everything (programs, registry, settings) over to my new workstation while having xp 64 on my new machine? The last time I used file settings transfer wizard, it didn't work at all and I lost all of my data. Luckily, I keep a ghosted drive for such occaisions, but I had to start all over anyhow. Does anybody have any advice for me? Is there an upgrade to 64 bit option that will let me change motherboards and cpu's? I know XP freaks out when you change boards on it, it won't load mup.sys and all that jazz. So anybody know what I can do? Thanks, Chris
