  1. Block changing system date from windows 98

    hanout posted a topic in Windows 9x/ME
    Hi, I want to know if it's possible to block changing the system date from windows 98 by clicking usually on the time in the bottom right as everyone knows. Is there a way by changing a value in the registry or is there any utility software which can perform this task. I need badely this feature to be sure no 'beginner user' and I insist on 'beginner user' can change the system date Thanks for any suggestion or help
