I see the KB again and i agree that v 2.0 not needed to apply over 1.0 if it's already installed. This trouble appear because ms include updates for diffrent system (sp1 & sp2) in one pack, and size of update pack changed because ms shamanized with sp1 files in this pack. I don't have a deal with such situation before. I'll change post with update.

Inside microsoft they themselves use this hotfixes and this hotfixes also included in ryanvm pack. I think microsoft never be public it, only include in new build.
